Appears that the company try to use the same caller, which to me is welcoming. I certainly recognise their voices. I like that is no rush they let us check the freezer if we have forgotten to do a list. They refer to previous orders and qualities and use this to suggest new lines that may appeal. I am aware they have other calls to make but they never rush you, I assume they grip the desk tightly (joke) great service great products. What's not to like.

The people on the phone are friendly and good.The fish is alway superb and delivery brilliant.

Said I would leave cool bag out as was going to be out during delivery time, I forgot. Spoke to delivery driver on ring and asked him to deliver to daughter in next close, I asked do you know where it is, he said yes and OK. When I got home, shopping had been left at side of bin with frozen stuff defrosted. If I had know it was there I could have asked daughter to go round and collect before they defrosted. Reported, awaiting return of call. Yes, I can now add that this has very satisfactorily been resolved, dealing with customer service was a pleasure. Thank you

Excellent product and an excellent delivery service

I always find the sales staff warm and friendly. I usually know what I want to order before they call, and whilst they ask if I am interested in the specials (and sometimes I absolutely am! )they never push; and I appreciate that. At the time of writing I have received my order and although I was out, I spoke through the RingDoorBell to the delivery guy who was (as usual) s pleasure to deal with. The whole process from order, through delivery, to plate is first class.

Regal Fish are always prompt with their deliveries and when placing the order are very helpful with suggestions and ideas to try out new products.
