I have not been with this company for very long, but so far am very happy with the service. I wanted to change my first order, no problem. Had a question regarding the second, again polite answer. I have found their products to be first class. Not had fish so good since I lived on the west coast of Scotland and could buy fish within an hour or so of it being landed.

Super products and quality. All the staff are friendly, polite and helpful whether it is on the phone or making a delivery. Many companies would be well advised to take a leaf out of Regal's book and be better for it.

Would have liked at least 24 hours between initial email and phone call. Only half an hour between this time!

Whilst their fish is of good quality, I will not be using this company again because of their harassing phone tactics . Despite the gentleman who took my original order on my doorstep stressing that they would never harass, they persist in calling several times a day even as late as 7.30 in an evening . If they hadnt been so belligerent with their calls they would have had more orders from me and recommendation to my friends and family, but i’m afraid that is not going to happen now .

Regal fish provide quality fish and a wide range of products- very friendly and efficient

I have been having fish deliveries from Regal for a few years now. I have never been disappointed in any of the products which is amazing. Deliveries are on time and really polite and friendly staff. I collected an order from Grimsby this year as we were at our caravan and that was smooth and trouble free. Excellent. An added bonus for me is that they have gluten free fishcakes which are excellent as I am coeliac. I adore the salmon it's so fresh and tasty with or without any of the various sauce options available. I appreciate the way that the fish is sourced and how fresh it is when I receive my order.

I was phoned to ask when would be convenient for the delivery and it was promptly delivered by a very polite and pleasant person. The fish is as always of excellent quality and I understand it is sensitively chosen and carefully resourced.

Have been using Regal fish for a few yrs now, with excellent service and food. Only criticism we have so far is, we ordered for the first time the Regal cod bake. It gives you heating instructions to a point. What it doesn't say is, should the cover be left as is, pierced or removed completely. We removed and ended up having to bake it for a further 6 mins beyond the maximum it recommended as it was still cold in the middle.

I love variety in my food. Regal Fish have new things to try each time I order and the staff are friendly and helpful making suggestions as to the best value offers and quality is always first class.
