I've been using Regal for the past 18 months and normally place an order online every 3 months and the produce has been good quality, however the smoked haddock always has a short life on it, one delivery had 2 days life on it which is poor, we've had to through away 2 bags of superior prawns from our last delivery as they have been off once defrosted. The most annoying thing with this company is their sales calls, just after covid restrictions lifted and the van deliveries started back up I received a call to say a van was due in my area the following week and did I want to order, I placed an order even though I didn't need to restock but thought it would be easier than ordering a courier delivery the following month, well instead of a fish van dropping my order off it was delivered by courier, so I was dupped into placing an order on the pretence that it was one of their vans delivering, I guess its just a way of increasing their sales. Then a couple of months later I received another sales call but I stated that I will contact them when I want to order, now I just get hounded by sales calls every couple of months, ive even blocked their number as I was receiving 9 or 10 calls from them over a couple of days, its still happening as my phone shows blocked numbers on the call log and I've not placed an order since March, I won't be ordering from them again due to the short shelf life's and rotten prawns.

I thought we were supporting the British Fishing Industry by buying from Regal and I was prepared to pay extra for that. Nowhere in the conversation I had with your representative or in your brochure does it mention that you import some of your products. When UK fishermen are having to export their king prawns because there is no market here, imagine my shock to discover in the small print that yours are farmed in China! They tasted OK but I won't be buying again.

Excellent products ,friendly delivery

I have been a customer of Regal Fish for many years, they are reliable and the products are extremely good. Never had a complaint. The staff are very informative with special offers and always cheery.

Excellent, cannot fault the whole team. Had to delay the delivery due to holidays (no problem), then moved to a new delivery date (no problem), then moved it again due to Covid (no problem). What can I say - fantastic service and superb fish (as always)!

Very easy to order I order by phone staff always friendly and polite and helpful fish always well packed and fresh always good size and tasty, delivery drivers very polite never had anything to complain about.

We have used Regal Fish for many years and have recommended them to friends and family. Despite being a long way from Grimbsby the delivery men do a great job, very efficient. The sales staff are also excellent, very good at their job. Last but not least, the fish taste wonderful! Can't fault them.
