I have worked in sales and marketing in the care sector for many years and have always struggled to find a good CRM portal. Found is easy to use for the team, excellent reporting and there are regular feature updates. The Found team are always available to give new members additional training and will take on board suggestions.

A very effective and easy to use Care CRM. The feedback across our Care Homes has been incredibly positive. It does everything we could want a Care CRM to do - be user-friendly and does a great job of keeping track of all our enquiries. The teaching and support from the FoundCRM team has been superb. Would highly recommend.

A great product in the making. We have been evaluating this software for a number of months now & the level of automation is enabling us to keep better track on our enquiries. It has been easily adopted by our home teams who have found it very easy to use. With the promise of great reporting features coming in the near future, Found CRM has the potential to be the one stop shop that we need.
