Heavy handed control. One year contract cannot get out of even though I felt lack of clear disclosure to show true cost of services such as charging 5.00 per transaction ACH when many other factoring companies are free ! These junk fee”s change the effective interest rate that user pays to use there factoring!

Great honest company, been working with them for years and have always been treated fairly. no business is perfect, but how they handle situations is always professional and ends up being the right way.

They are horrible with communication and don't trust their clients even after I've worked with them over the years, they ask for more info on invoices and if you don't follow up after you send it in you will not be paid that day, not a smoothly run factoring company. Not recommended

Bad busness practices, stay away from this so called factoring company.

I am currently being told that OTR Solutions will not be factoring an invoice I submitted, even though I am a client and we do have a contract. Bad business practices, I would stay away.

OTR Has taken factoring to a new level, outstanding customer service, quick responses and invoicing is a breeze. We tell all of our carriers about OTR.
