Never received my order and they don't answer email

Got a 100ml bottle of the Heisenberg. It come in the old blue colour that you can't find any more. So smooth, lots of flavour. Not been tampered with at all. Only problem was it took almost a week to get here in the post but other than that great! Hopefully I can't get a 250ml bottle next time if those are available

Order was delivered promptly. Item was faulty so I sent them an email and within about a day received a confirmation that they had sent out a replacement. 10/10 product and delivery and 10/10 for customer service reply and solution.

Decent liquid flavour on the Fred Astaire and it's good that they mix it for you, saves a lot of messing at home.

Been using this website for a 6-8 months and never had any issues. Absolutely brilliant service, goods always arrive on time and in good packaging. The flavors are good and people frequently comment on the nice smell, especially the Strawberry. The customer service is brilliant, on one occasion I forgot to click the first class, package option and so the goods I ordered were due to come as second class standard. However, I emailed the company explaining my mistake and they change the delivery to first class for free! Highly recommend.

Great site, lots of choice, very disappointed with the quality of the liquid though. I did send an email requesting a refund after I return the goods but it was denied. I bought 2 x 100ml bottles of 70/30 Pinkman 3mg nic strength, flavour is not there at all. Was told they mix at 15% flavour but cannot confirm. Also, Pinkman is uniquely identified as being pink in colour, this was orange, not even close to pink - as soon as I saw the colour I knew I was about to be let down. I won't be buying from 100ml Bottles UK again, but on the front of price, delivery time and response time - they were faultless. The desired outcome was not achieved, though. So I am left with 200ml of liquid that I cannot vape because it's harsh on the throat and lungs, tasteless and not even close to what I was expecting. Quick note; I have been vaping for around 3 years - I'm not your Average Joe leaving a 3/5 review because I have no idea what I'm doing with my mod/coils etc. I knew what I was buying, this unfortunately did not meet expectations and when requesting to return the liquids, I was denied. *Edit; Reply to the response from the 100ml Bottles Team* I was not given any gestures of goodwill (I would like solid proof that you posted a second package with my name and the date on it, otherwise it clearly didn't happen!) and the photos prove you have stock, not how my order was mixed, who mixed it and evidence of what exactly went into my 100ml bottles. I took your 100ml bottle to my local vape shop who agreed that "whoever mixed this is clearly a beginner and has very little experience". I laughed at your reply and dropped this review from 3/5 to 1/5 due to your utter lack of care and pure lies.
