I was double-billed and, despite contacting them multiple times over 2 months, the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I’ve received over 100 messages from them with no real solution. The lack of action and constant communication have made this experience incredibly frustrating. Be cautious if you’re considering using their services.
