Both of them have been very helpful with clear directions and useful tips and most importantly have been delightful to deal with.

After I explained what was wrong, they then talked me through how to do what I wanted to, and at no point made me feel stupid! I just wish I'd discovered How Do I sooner. I'll be telling any of my friends for when they inevitably get stuck with something.
