Callum arranged to replace our boiler at short notice, giving us excellent advice on which unit to go for and rearranging other works to fit us in. He has great communication and kept us updated in the days leading up to installation, sticking perfectly to any times that had been agreed - this is very rare in our experience! When it came to the installation, Callum worked quickly and was very neat and tidy while completing the job to an exceptionally high standard.
