Can't recommend Nathan and his team highly enough. I've had two Daikin Emura units installed in the past couple of years, and the entire process, from initial contact, survey and quoting through to installation, has been a good experience. Nathan is very responsive and his team of engineers are great. I had to get in touch as one unit had developed a drip: Nathan responded immediately and had engineers out to me the same day. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, tested their fix and explained what they were doing as they worked, and tidied up after themselves. Absolutely great team at all levels of the business.

After using Phoenix ACR to do an excellent service to our Home AC system I had Nathan back following a quote for some additional work to install uPVC trunking over existing external pipework. He did a great job and the finish to the work is 1st class. His prices are definitely competitive, works to a high standard and very knowledgeable. Cleaned up on completion outside.
