Great sales team, really helpful throughout the whole process. Installation team did a great job and worked hard to ensure everything was completed on time to a great standard.

I am very pleased with the quality of the door I had fitted. Brilliant service throughout from the sales advisor, the fitters, the showroom staff and the superb electrician (needed to have my door-entry gizmo sorted). Excellent treatment and communication.

Great communication throughout. From asking from initial quote through to end product. Salesman was knowledgeable and offered guidance where needed. Straight price with no messing like other companies. Fitters were tidy and gave overview of door, even informing that plasterer would follow to tidy up odds and ends. Very happy.

I phoned on Thursday and booked an appointment for the following Monday. I took the afternoon of work. I waited the 4 hours allocated for the call out and no one appeared. I phoned 3 times, first call they had no apparent record of the booking. 2nd call they said they'd get the workman to call me to let me know how long he'd be. 3rd call they said they couldn't get hold of him. Thats an afternoon lost pay and I won't be using West Yorkshire windows.

Install was great. 10 years warranty so had to call someone out to a leaking roof. Turned up and the guy noticed things had been fitted wrong and sent the report to the office. I then had to chase up still awaiting after many calls nearly a year on for the remedial works to be carried out. Dont hold much hope.

This company is an absolute joke. We used them for our windows and doors. What a mistake.... the whole process from start to finish has been terrible. It was the cheapest quote we got so we decided to go ahead. We drove to the showroom but because the salesman who was at the showroom wasn't the guy who quoted us he wouldn't take the order! Alarm bells should've rung then but we went back the next day and placed the order. We had no contact from the installations team we had to ring them to arrange surveyor. The appointment got cancelled so got rearranged. The 2 guys that did the fitting we're great however nice blokes and cleaned up afterwards. But after that it went downhill again...one of the panes was defected so more glass needed to be ordered to replace it. Also our composite door wasn't ready which we were fine with because it wasn't standard size so we were aware we would have to wait. When it was due for fitting surprise surprise it got cancelled again! And I was informed 10mins AFTER he should've been. I could go on and on but I'll be writing forever so I'll put it this way....we placed the order beginning of May we are now on the 19th of September and due to fitting cancellations and defected glass we are still waiting for all issues to be sorted. Seriously avoid this company.

We had been looking at having a conservatory for years but as the house has a difficult layout we weren't too sure. My wife's mind was put at rest as design team worked past what we thought were obsticals and created our stunning orangerie. Had a few delays with the weather but the installers managed to pull it back round, a few little remedial/snags that needed sorting but were delt with straight away as we needed it ready for my sons 11th birthday party. Can't fault at all from the knowlagable and professional manner of the salesman to the hard work of the installation team. Highly recommend!!!

We've used this company before and when we wanted to complete the rest of our house with new windows we chose them again as we had been pleased with them. On the installation day they arrived on time, cleared away after themselves and overall very efficient! Pleased once again !
