United Kingdom | 21 November 2020Constantly called by this company up to 3 times per day. Rude and abnoxious people. I block the number and I'm called again because they change they number slightly.

United Kingdom | 20 November 2020Appalling. Have been called so many times by this company and each time I politely say I’m not interested or ask to be removed from the database I get a mouthful of abuse and extreme language. I thought cold calling was illegal?

United Kingdom | 20 November 2020Asked for callers name he said Paul Baker then called me a f***ing p*ki and all the words under the son. Hope the guy gets what he deserves. Karma

United Kingdom | 19 November 2020Block one number and the last digit changes, asked to be taken off their system and they just said "no" and hung up

United Kingdom | 19 November 2020I politely asked where they got my details from. Answer “oh f*** off” then hung up.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2020The company are using Indian call teams to ask. I just say there's lots of blood here, and they go off quickly Using a set number of 0113 460 1359/1360 etc... Isn't that illegal

United Kingdom | 05 November 2020We keep getting cold called by them. At one point, we asked for our details to be removed under the GDPR act and the caller began streaming swear words at us. When we asked for their name, they wouldn't provide it, and when we said we'd report them, their response was: Good luck. They now continue to call, after being informed to remove our details under the GDPR act.

United Kingdom | 03 November 2020Awful, operative called everything under the sun because I said can you speak up as the line was so bad!

United Kingdom | 29 October 20208 calls in the last 5 days, all from different mobile numbers. Obviously an Indian call centre have asked to be removed from their list, but still the calls keep coming. The next one will get a very unfavourable response 😡😡

United Kingdom | 29 October 2020Appalling company, calls from multiple numbers and they sometimes call themselves British Choice as well as UK Choice. Ludicrously accented people trying to conduct data-harvesting surveys. I feel sorry for the individuals, nobody would want to do this all day, but I will scream the place down at the next one to call. Literally a dozen times a week I get this, despite requests to desist. They change numbers all the time, so block them one by one, but it's tedious and timewasting and ultimately ineffective. What do they get out of this, as a company?

C Walters
United Kingdom | 28 October 2020Repeatedly told them they are in breach of GDPR and to take me off their list. They ring me twice a week if not more.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2020They rang me several times after I have asked to be taken off the database. The last call I received they gave me someone else's name and address. Massive break of data

United Kingdom | 28 October 2020I've told them twice to f*** off for disturbing me and harassing my disabled partner. Phoning from India after buying millions of phone numbers like other companies. A blight on individual privacy. If i want something I'll ask for it....

United Kingdom | 28 October 2020I was contacted by a gentlemen called Joshua who gave me the wrong address details for myself and continued to try get information from me. Advised that I wanted my details removing from the database or I wanted to speak to their DATA Protection Officer. He had no intention of doing either so I have blocked the number. I have not given my permission to be contacted by someone from this company and the details they hold are extremely out of date which is even worse.

United Kingdom | 28 October 2020British Choice keep phoning me, and tonight when the man called for the 5th time and I asked to be removed from the database AGAIN I was told to f*** off. It’s unacceptable.

United Kingdom | 17 October 2020Really f*c*i*g tired of these rude @ssholes constantly harassing me. Told them 20 times to remove me from call list. Everyti.e I begin to tell them to do this (politely) they cut the call off. Disgraceful annoying company. Avoid like the plague...

Paul
United Kingdom | 16 October 2020How do you stop this bloody company phoning every day using a different contact number. They need to be prosecuted for harassment. Please don’t answer any of their questions, they are of no benefit to you and they sell on your details.

United Kingdom | 15 October 2020I spoke with Josh. He was very nice, quite persistent and was giving his pitch a good go. He wanted to ask me 5 questions - apparently as a survey for some marketing information. This number did deviate a little, but we live in strange times and I put that down to Josh having his finger on the pulse and the number of questions he was required to ask genuinely fluctuating like the FTSE 500 during one of Boris' addresses to the nation. He then tried to confirm my address, which was incorrect. He very politely asked me to confirm my address, but it was at this point I feel his script struck a problem. I refused to give him my address, said I didn't know who he was and he said he wanted to confirm my address again. It felt like someone turning the console off and on again, we were basically back to page 1. I said I didnt know who he was and I think this caused some confusion "I am Josh from First Choice" he professed, with a strangely reassuring exasperation. After the 4th failed attempt to secure my home address, I think Josh finally arrived at the realisation I had been waiting at for the previous 2 minutes - that this call was stuck in a loop that could not be answered by his script. It was clearly a heartbreaking plot twist for Josh, who had been admirably batting away objections like there was no tomorrow. Unfortunately, this wasn't baseball. It was swingball, and his solution was only spinning around the pole to plonk him on the back of his valiant head. With a defeated sigh, Josh proceeded to the exit point of the call and wished me a good day. And a good day I will have. Good luck Josh! That infinite script loop cant keep you trapped forever!
