Just got our third bed from this company. Each time they have delivered on our chosen date with great communication. The beds are brilliant quality at amazing prices having just paid £299 for a king size bed with mattress. Always recommend them to people I know and won’t buy a bed anywhere else. Makes me think the bad reviews are the wrong company.

What an absolute rip off company had a kingsize ottoman bed delivered last Friday put it together Saturday to find that when you open the storage the mattress pushes the headboard off it’s bolts then realised there was no footboard and wrong mattress and it was dirty fair play they then sent the footboard 2 days later and what they say is a 2000 pocket sprung it definitely is not and in two days you can hear the springs creaking like a 10/15 year old mattress then tried fitting the footboard it’s to wide for our bed 😳😡 messaged them they read the message but never reply very bad customer service so we are now £540 out of pocket 😡😡

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Bed is too low. Mattress is shocking and when moving it hand went right through to show how dirty it was inside Messaged for assistance and was blocked.

SCAMMERS!!!!! ORDERED BED WAS DAMAGED SO RETURNED. DIDN'T EVEN GET IT OFF THE TRUCK PROPERLY DRIVER GAVE US SUCH ATTITUDE. EXCEPTED REPLACEMENT AFTER APOLOGY FROM THEM. TO SEND ANOTHER BED THAT WHEN OPENED WOULDN'T EVEN BE PUT TOGETHER AS SLATS ETC WERE MISSING. MESSAGED AND GOT BLOCKED £280 DOWN AND A BED THAT CAN'T BE USED!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Absolute scammers, just robbed me of £255 for a double bed, horrific build quality, cheap, and now have blocked me when asked for a refund, little do they know I have tracked them down and have family in Dewsbury where they are actually from who are going to pay them a visit... GOOD LUCK! Update: To get back at these scamming basta*** I played them at their game, opened a new Facebook account, placed another order for another type of bed, waited for the delivery driver at another address I gave and asked for my money, he eventually took back the old bed, gave me a new one which is of good quality. Claims the company are on commission, they send orders to multiple factories in the Dewsbury/Batley area, take their commission and block you if any problems. Don't know if I believe him, either way I have my money back.

AVOID SCAM Do not waste your heartache on this company, litrally biggest scam alive, I paid 320pound for a double bed with mattress and gas lift, they sent me a bed that was nothing like the picture and didn’t fix together, it’s litrally going in the bin that’s all it is fit for, the claim to bring me the parts but that’s not going to happen and all numbers I have don’t ring.. I have had to buy another bed to save disappointment for my daughter please avoid like the plague.. absoulte disgraceful taking peoples hard earned money

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Asked for updates as when bed would be delivered, was just told ‘yes’ it would be delivered, three hours later (8 o’clock at this point) I asked again for a delivery time as if it was any later I wouldn’t accept the bed, and was blocked on Facebook. Update! Bed arrived at 9.30pm ripped mattress, marks on the headboard, and beading hanging off. Please do not waste your money!!!

Terrible quality bed, dirty and ripped fabric. Parts sent for the wrong bed. Requested replacement and waited in 2 days for delivery just to be blocked. £430 down the drain. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ordered a kingsize ottoman bed arrived within 3 days, handed over £375 for a absolute shambles of a bed. Honestly my kids could have done a better job. The lines on the headboard are mismatched and not straight. The fabric is loose and crumpled in places. Spoke to them, been told a replacement bed would come today, it hasn't arrived. I sent another message requesting a full refund and I've been blocked. Normally I check trust pilot for reviews but stupidly this time I didn't (baby Brain) never again.

We purchased a bed, it was delivered whilst at I was at work and my friend took in. When I got home the wrong bed and Colour had been delivered. Messaged them I was advised they would deliver the correct bed today, when I messaged this morning to ask what time I had been blocked! Total scam don’t waste your money, I’m taking matters in to my own hands so if anyone else has been affected the more people I can get who have had this done the better message me if you want me to include your details too AVOID AT ALL COSTS they remove all negative reviews and positive ones are false ! TOTAL SCAMMERS

My daughter saves so hard to buy her 10 year old her own bed 249pounds 20 delivery the main slate broke my daughter gt in touch st away was told go bq buy the slat 10 pounds and they refund her 1 pounds told her I’ve told u the solution then blocked her I texs now blocked me

I ordered a bed from this site on fb on the 2/1/24 king size silver crushed velvet slat Hilton bed with mattress, very quick to respond, ordered what I wanted confirmed a date to be delivered, 6/1/24, was given a time slot of 11.30-2.30 thought great I hadn’t moved to my new address yet but the bed was getting delivered there, I got a txt saying they be running late due to traffic, didn’t realise the company was in England somewhere, anyway bed didn’t arrive till at least 7pm that night, my partner gave the guy the money, which I was overcharged £15, my partner built the bed for me to realise it wasn’t the design I had ordered, so I messaged them, got a message on what’s app from who was a manager asking what was wrong with the bed, so I sent a picture of what was delivered and what I had asked for he agreed it was wrong design, he asked if I wanted to keep it as was only £20 of a difference I said no so he agreed the headboard and footboard would be changed on the Tuesday night I said right ok and I would get my £15 refund as was overcharged, I then saw some Facebook posts about how people had issues with their beds from this same company and they had been blocked, so messaged to say and to confirm the guy would turn up Tuesday yes yes he will be there, I then checked their fb page to which I couldn’t find it asked the manager he says the page was taken down I’m like right ok, only for my friend and partner could still see the page so obviously I was blocked like rest due to their mistake of delivering the wrong design of bed, Tuesday came I WhatsApp the manager to confirm the delivery he read my message then I was ignored I was blocked so cut a long story short I was left with a bed that looked like it had been built in a Santas workshop with the slats they give you, no refund and no legs for the bed, absolutely shocking disgusting behaviour for a company, do not order
