I mailed them on Monday morning with a query re a shower mixer part and within an hour they had identified the part, so I placed an order. The part was delivered the NEXT day! Wow what a service with exemplary customer communication. My plumber couldn’t believe it!!!!

Dealt with Daniel from customer services after backwards & forwards he agreed to replace the part even though I was unable to produce a receipt. Really was a star ⭐️ and can’t thank him enough for his patience 👍 ( I know I was really persistent sorry ) So nice that there are still some genuinely lovely people out there 👍 Thanks again Daniel👍🙃

We had a big problem as the shower controls for my disabled son failed. Ben at Hans Grohe immediately sent out the spare parts with instructions. though they don't have outcalls, he offered to talk me though the complicated repair, whcih was very successful! Thank you so much.

I needed two thermostat cartridges for two 20 year old showers, but couldn't find the correct part numbers. I sent an email to technical support and within an hour I received a reply from Hannah with the part numbers I required. That's really good service!

I contacted Hansgrohe a few years after my shower was installed by a third party, asking for any advice or guidance that they could give in order for me to get it fixed/buy a replacement part. With absolutely no fuss whatsoever, their representative, Hannah Houston, diagnosed the problem and advised they were sending a replacement part at no cost. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service I received.

I sent an email to Hansgrohe UK re what I presumed was a faulty shower in a house I have just moved in to. They answered my emails promptly and were extremely helpful and friendly. The shower had been fitted incorrectly by the plumber. Even though the shower was 10 years old they continued to advise me the best way forward. Hannah and Ben Bushell were fantastic. 10/10 👏 I would definitely purchase Hansgrohe products in the future as a result of this EXCELLENT customer service!

I had a problem with a toilet roll holder, and no longer had the packaging but just the invoice. I phoned one of their representatives, Abigail, who asked me to email the complaint, a photo of the item and the receipt. Within 24 hours she said she would send me, a replacement item and would be with me in a few days. Excellent customer service, and would always use this company in future. Plus the service and manner of Abigail proves that they employ excellent staff - so another reason to use them.

You can not beat Hansgrohe on customer service. The products are excellent but the customer service is the best I've experienced in over 15years of doing bathrooms. They reply straight away to your enquiry so you are able to resolve your problem.

The "high quality " bath filler which was fitted less than 1 year ago has already broken and whilst customer service are happy to tell me the problem they are very reluctant to honour the 5 year guarantee. So I am stuck with a bath that doesn't work. Avoid them

I would highly recommend saving your money and avoid using this company. Spent just under £2k on a shower. Had a professional plumber fit it however, On fitting it he dryfited everything to check the connections were not leaking. The valve handle that clicks into place, simply does not come off!!! He spent 2 hours trying, pulling any more would break the shower and casue more damage! Customer service said it should be difficult to remove and we should put a foot on the wall and pull until it breaks off!!! They would not accept any responsibility or even send an engineer to inspect it. Furthermore they said they refuse to provide a replacement part! Not only that, they wanted me to pay another +£500 for a new part so I could use the unused brand new shower!!! What is even worse is a quick Google search found the same part for HUNDREDS of pounds less, so not only won't they honour any warranty for a new shower bit they just want to maximise profit over ANY Customer service!!! Imagine the issues you will have trying to get parts for your shower or dealing with any claims. Avoid these cowboys!!!

The products are great but a word of warning - parts are way too expensive. I've had to replace the connector hoses on my old taps and you can only use Hansgrohe replacements (seems like the thread pitch is unique). Cost of 2 hoses? £70! That's just ridiculous.

Was really impressed with customer service from Lewis Kyberd. I have an old shower mixer and needed some help. Firstly, Lewis was very helpful on the phone and once I had sent in photos, he sent me a data sheet for that particular model. Thanks Lewis.
