Hi Guys, yesterday night I received the product. I don’t remember exactly when I ordered but for sure was the first time in my life that I had to wait that long for the product to arrive at home. Don’t know what happened I know that the strikes and the snow they have a little part for this delay but a LITTLE! As I contact asking where is my item and less then a week later I received. Overall I hope I don’t have any problems with the items and that was my experience. Hopefully can help to speed up the process

Sky vac is medium Power which I expected for the price however one of my 2 hoses have started to leak air and its now not getting fully suction.

Excellent service, rapid delivery. Arrived in perfect condition. Best pressure I have ever owned (been using 5x per week for a month) would definitely recommend.

Product delivered swiftly. Plug was damaged when arrived which was frustrating. These things can happen in transit therefore I look at how companies deal with these types of issues rather than the issue itself. For this I’ll happily give ECA 5 stars - resolved quickly and efficiently with no fuss.

Good Quality

Excellent service, and highly knowledgable of their products. Called a few times for advice and they were always happy to help. Had an issue with a product that was damaged in transit also and they couldn’t have been more helpful. All in all what a fantastic company with good variety of products.
