For a start great communication - these guys will answer all questions you have and give you all sorts of info about light boxes and cinema posters. When the product arrives it is superbly packaged. You can feel the quality when you unbox your new toy. The lighting is smooth and even across the frame. The snap frame is super satisfying - you want to open and close over and over to hear that solid snap sound. The lightbox is the envy of everyone who sees it. Buy without hesitation. Bought a Quad Poster Lightbox via eBay. Trev's customer service is excellent; he contacted me through WhatsApp to ask a convenient date for delivery, and arranged express delivery with DHL. The lightbox itself is a great product. Lightweight, it is easy to hang. The maximum level of illumination is bright, and can be adjusted with the remote control. It has taken me 20 years to get this sorted out! Very pleased to have found EMP :-)

Great product , delivery and after service

The light boxes arrived a day after they were posted a were received in a perfect condition. Easy to install with all fixtures included. Very straightforward to hang and they look great. Also comes with a handy LED remote. I now have three of them and I am happy with them all. Will look at using EMP again in the future.
