Dylan was my point of contact for a quote I had requested. He was fab! He noted everything I had asked for and got back to me extremely quickly with a quote. He had quoted me for everything I wanted. I did decide to not go ahead and book this trip due to delaying it for a later date but Dylan was very understanding and not pushy. Will defo go back to Dylan for future bookings :)

I thought I was contacting one of your employees, Dylan, when I contacted Bayfinch Holidays after receiving a suggestion from a friend of one of your agents to assist with trip planning. Dylan went out of his way to help me with all the planning even though it was his day off. His patience was greatly appreciated because I am traveling with my kids and needed all the help I could get. I'm really happy with the help.ive received from Mark at bayfinch holidays for all of the help with the planning of our holiday and for securing us a great holiday package at a great price at Disneyland paris. Mark was patient ,friendly and helpful sending me lots of information , answering all of my questions quickly, while we were trying to decide on which hotel. I appreciate his help.with all the options for airport transfers also . Everything was dealt with quickly and easily and I'm now looking forward to a great holiday . Amazing communication from Mark! Due to book end of Jan and I’ve had nothing but generous, affordable deals with him. Mark has been very helpful over the last couple of days, anything I have asked him which has been a lot he has tried his best to help me anytime day or evening he has been helping.In fact I have been quite a pain but he has been polite and always got back to me and done his best.He helped me over several days 1st -3rd of January.
