They have a great array of teddy bears and I love free shipping on orders over a reasonable amount, and the staff are always helpful and friendly, I didn’t speak with them this time however every other time I have dealt with them they have been helpful and friendly, and my latest shopping experience with them regardless of whether I spoke with the staff or not still was trouble free.

I recently placed my first order with The Bear Garden while searching for a specific JellyCat bear for my daughter. Although the site appeared fairly basic, it was well-maintained and clearly indicated which items were currently in stock. I opted to pay with PayPal and received prompt automatic confirmation emails within minutes of submitting my order. While I anticipated a slight delay in dispatch (as The Bear Garden is not a large company like Amazon) I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email indicating that my order had been dispatched on the same day. Even more impressive was the fact that it arrived the following day! The bear I received was exactly as described and beautifully packaged, which I greatly appreciated. Although I appreciated the shipping updates, I did receive an excessive number of messages from FedEx, including nine emails and two text messages. It's possible that some of these were intended for the company rather than the customer, so The Bear Garden may want to look into this issue. Overall, I would definitely recommend The Bear Garden to anyone in search of a high-quality bear.
