I have had multiple amazing experiences with the bear garden that I am going to summarize here. My first time there (when I was about 8): The staff member in the shop was lovely and helped me pick the perfect bear. My second time (when I was 11): A Steiff rep was there helping a man called Andrew, who I believe is the owner, to decide which bears they wanted to stock for the next year. Both were so kind and Andrew listened to the type of bear I was looking for and suggested a bear that is now my favourite in my whole collection. My third time (when I was 12): Lovely woman in the shop. She let me take photos of my favourite bears and leave to take the time to think about which one I wanted. I ended up buying A lovely little Teddy Hermann bear. My final time (when I was 13): I ordered a bear online. He came quickly and was so well packaged. Delightful bear who can in a box and wrapped with tissue paper with lovely little paw stickers. I am looking forward to my next trip here (hopefully next Wednesday if all works out). My only pointer is it would help if the shop opened on weekends which would make it easier for me to visit. (date given is my most recent experience with them). Edit: I went and picked out a lovely Steiff bear (that looks so much cuter in person so you should definitely visit in person if you have the option) and another Steiff that I will get for Christmas. Again staff were lovely and bears were lovely. Perfect
