Okay, here's a draft of a review: I recently visited HL Browns in Sheffield and had a very negative experience. The customer service was terrible. The staff made me feel super uncomfortable, and it seemed like they were judging me because of the way I was dressed. I would not recommend this jeweler to anyone.

The staff were very professional throughout, correspondence was good via email resulting in a prompt delivery. The item I was after could not be located anywhere else in the UK. The watch arrived in perfect working order and was exactly as described. I would use their services again if required.
