So this will be my fourth bike purchase from Colchester kawasaki two new two used and they have always been really helpful and easy to deal with, I would like to thank Andy this time round for helping with my purchase of a used mash 400 and organising delivery (as well as putting up with a barrage of questions) and arranging for a tracker to be fitted. Great service.

1st time I've seen a bike at Colchester Kawasaki website. went to visit the store and look at the bike I was interested in to be told by a sales man the bike is not here in Colchester but in another branch ! 2nd time had a deal in place, went to collect my new bike to be told by the sales man I couldn't take the bike cos need it to go through the workshop considering we had arranged to collect the bike on that day ! 3rd time I visit the store and looked to purchase a bike cash right there and then The bike i looked was displaying a tag price of £7195 The sales man told the price displayed was wrong cos the girl who priced the bikes priced it wrong and the right price was £7500 I've always thought you pay for what the item is advertised for I said to the sales man His reply was is not like that I've been doing this job for a long time and I don't have to sell you a bike if I don't want to! Well done Andy you've lost a sale of 7k cash today, a potential new customer and I'll make sure all the people I know and usually spend lots of money in store will take they're business elsewhere. I will be escalating the extremely outstanding customer service provided to me, I'm sure the MD is not interested in employee's costing the company money and loosing clientele.

I’ve recently bought a Vespa Gts 125cc scooter from Colchester Kawasaki. I dealt with Matt the salesperson he couldn’t of been more helpful nothing was to much trouble for him he kept me fully updated at all times he went above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else a first class service from start to finish.

Had an new bike delivered on 31st March 2022,all seemed OK and was happy that they took my trade in unseen .Bike came with 6 months road tax. Had renewal notice from DVLA, only to find they had given me a wrong registration which is unknown to the DVLA. I insured the bike on the reg number they gave me .As a result i was riding an unregistered, untaxed, uninsured bike for 6 months. On telling Colchester Kawasaki about this, all i got was a £10 number plate to fit myself and a sorry it won"t happen again. Really has taken the shine off my new bike experience.

Overall my dealings with this dealer was great,

Well don't bother trying to buy a motorcycle. I phoned Colchester kawasaki during the week and talked to a sales advisor called Tom. We spoke about a motorcycle I was interested in and booked an appointment for a Friday afternoon I said I would be there between 3.00 and 3. 30 we actually got there a bit earlier than I said arriving before 3.00 o'clock. I made myself known when I arrived. And waited and waited and waited.,the young chap I saw when I arrived saw that I was still waiting and went to see were Tom was. He returned and said that he was still on the phone. So I waited and waited. In the end I gave up and started walking out of the show room young lady on the service desk asked if I needed any thing I replied Im not waiting any longer to see Tom. She said he's just got off the phone, I replied no don't bother. I think waiting over half an hour bearing in mind that I had an appointment. To me was unacceptable. And making a 45 minute wasted journey to boot. Bottom line is that I went to another Royal Enfield. dealer and was treated as I should be. Offered a drink as soon as I arrived and was seen to straight away and looked after the whole time we were there. So much so I ordered a brand new bike that afternoon.

I have recently purchased a Piaggio MP3 500 HPE sports Advanced Andy Tietjen got me fixed up and sorted out delivery of the bike even though at the time they had a van breakdown Andy still sorted it out and got it to me with no issues which I thank Andy and the fella that brought it over to me sorry I'm bad with remembering names but you was a top notch fella. I may in time do a few upgrades when things allow but I am very happy with the service and the Bike Thanks again to all at Colchester Kawasaki !

SEE EDIT.This is second time I have brought from this dealer. What can I say if Heineken done bikes also this would be it. Any one who runs a business as I do could take a leaf out of this companies book Absolutely first class and Christian is a great to deal with very helpful. Will use again without hesitation. Edit Unfortunately all a let's down when bike broke down. Nice people and not their fault Aprilia took just shy of 2 months too arrange parts. They only called me to update me after 6 weeks and a bad Google review from me. Not impressed with that.

Can’t say enough good things about this company ........I ordered two bolts for the rear brake for my 2008ZX10R ,a tiny order of less than £5 , but it was handled SO professionally,Sophie in the parts department was exceptional in checking the part number I gave her & actually made sure they were in stock ,she then arranged delivery & told me which company would be delivering them & how much the charge would be .......I received my order this morning ,less than a day after I ordered ....this just shows just how good a company can be when staffed with the right people ,what a great company & Sophie,you are exceptional & a huge asset to the company ........thanks again Mark Phipps

Another poor Motorcycle dealer intent on trying to break the law. Purchase a Motorcycle 14/9/2021, the bike ran poorly from the outset, despite myself making it very clear the bike had to run as it should do before buying. I asked to reject the bike they said they would fix it. So to be fair i thought id give them the chance. YEP you guessed it, Got the machine back running exactly as it did before no fix was done/or successful. Again stated I was in my rights under 30 days of purchase to reject the vehicle, did this via phone and letter via recorded delivery Stating Consumer Rights act 2015. They are now ignoring all correspondence, Looks like i will have to pursue this through the courts. Why do dealers try it on? BEST AVOID!!
