The vehicle was released with major faults including brakes, tyre, track rods and spare tyre kit. They claim AA check their vehicles which we pay for as part of a charge. This is obviously not a reliable company, The vehicle was returned for the repairs this took 2 weeks, on collection we were informed that the replacement tyre was not new, obviously the tyre could have a dubious history. Would not return or buy any vehicles from this place.

Worst experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend buying the car from them. I have been told the car is all ok never accidental or damaged, and it’s in best condition. They made me view the car inside the garage in the evening just washed outside to make it shine. And delivered in the night. I couldn’t look at the car properly. I realised it next day that it was all painted and had some paint scratched from few places. They said car would be deep cleaned but all dirty inside.The rear side door was damaged n repaired. Which I wasn’t aware of. I wanted to return eventually they did it because it was in warranty and I told them I would return it as soon as I found these things out. I got the car through 247 car finance and they arranged it free delivery for me. But when it was time to get the deposit back they took the delivery money out from my deposit. And also made me to deliver the car to them myself. Infact it wasn’t my mistake they did they gave wrong information to me, but still I spent money again to drop the car as it was distance sale. N had to come back home by train. It was such waste of time money and a hassle to go through all. I had to make many many calls to get help and even get the deposit back. I was out of car and wanted the money back but even after giving the car back they took 7-8 days to give the money back and took a long time to contact lenders to unwind the finance. I had such nightmare. I remember I didn’t have the car and couldn’t go to work n some days even Spent a lot money on cabs to go to work or anywhere because I had to wait all that time to get my deposit money back n look for other car. I had to request many times to get money back. Such a nightmare I had, I have lost a lot money because of them , but thank God I’m out of it now.

I was really happy with my experience of purchasing my car, they were very busy on the day but were still able to tend to me. They have a wide variety of cars to choose from and lots of people to help you. I was impressed with the speed of car transfer and just generally felt looked after and related to. Bought a car from Part X in November of 2024. Initial communication around buying the car was poor; I had to chase them several times to arrange the deposit, payment and delivery. But, the car was delivered on time and we've had no major issues thus far. However, one of the rear seatbelts is broken. We were not informed of this. I contacted Part X as soon as I noticed the problem, and they offered to send a replacement part and pay for it to be fitted - great, I thought! The part arrives after a few weeks, and I arranged for fitting at a local garage. The part did, in fact, not fit our vehicle. I inform Part X of this, and return the part, with pictures taken by the mechanic, and am promised that they will find the correct part. At the time of writing this (6/2/2025), the issue is still unresolved, despite contacting them myself twice since to chase the matter. I have also paid ÂŁ70 for the attempted fitting of the part - no offer was made to reimburse me for this. They are apparently 'in communication with Vauxhall to identify the correct part' - I do not hold out any hope. Quite frankly, I think they have completely forgotten about the complaint.
