Great service and great products

We have bought a variety of items from MuddyFaces, H&S gear, activity items, tools and nature id kit and we go back to them time after time. The quality of products is great, especially the UK sourced wood items made in their workshop. We have also been really impressed by the helpfulness of staff when we ring up to check something. Orders are turned around super fast and they will go out of their way to help. We're especially impressed by their commitment to sustainability, careful sourcing and minimising waste. They are our first choice for an ethical supplier. If we could buy all our kit from them we would!

Muddy Faces offer a range of quality products at very reasonable prices. This year, Muddy Faces have sent out numerous items on my behalf. They are highly-organised and everything was dispatched in a very timely manner. Staff, (especially Lauren) are incredibly helpful and go 'the extra mile' to give excellent customer service.

I’ve used Muddy Faces for Forest School supplies for 4 years. Very reliable company, easy to order and they deliver very quickly. They use eco friendly packaging. Quite expensive but I’m happy to pay for a good service. (I don’t have time to cut 50 wooden discs or dig up my own clay!)
