Very reliable service Prompt arrival and friendly driver

Complaint. Not sure who I spoke too on the phone but they were very rude about my enquiry. Please make sure you are polite and put the customer first. Only asked to meet the person travelling, as they are elderly, within a shop. The employee practically shouted, saying they had to meet outside. I get they were most likely busy however a simple apology and that they would need to meet outside would have been much better practise. I'm pretty disgusted. I just hope the lady's taxi driver was more understanding and polite. I rarely write reviews but this upset me as it was no needed and was only trying to help the lady who'd asked for it.

Punctual, professional, and friendly. I also like the text confirmation, nice touch and also provides car registration details so you know who’s picking you up. Would definitely use taxi service again, and can highly recommend.
