United Kingdom | 28 October 2023Ordered a hoodie, arrived quickly but it was too big, so I paid over £5 to have it returned first class, assuming I would get an exchange just as quick (Customer has to pay for returns by this company). However, once they received it, I received a PayPal email to say I had been refunded ....this was despite me correctly filling out the exchange form sent with the item and it still being in stock in the new size I had requested. I contacted them for them to tell me they had 'missed my return' i.e. not read the return form and if I wanted the item, I would have to reorder again- not ideal as I have to wait for PayPal funds to go back on my card. I have re-ordered from them as the item was still the cheapest there, but honestly wouldn't bother in future.
