At first I thought this was a reputable company, but now, having worked many offers, won a weekly prize, and interacted with "support" at Idle-Empire many times--I have come to despise this organization. I would avoid them if possible, as there are other more reputable sites that provide the EXACT same service only with better payouts and support. Nearly every offer through their OfferWall (AdGate and OfferDaddy are the WORST!) fails to credit, or credits late. Many offers are just endless spam that collect your information and never pay out. Be very wary of the "quick" surveys and "free sample" offers. They will route you to endless spam sites, for no reward. What's worse is that the offerwalls are filled with spambots, spyware, extensions that try to install to your computer, and malicious malware. Still more frustrating is that there is NO WAY to report these spam sites to Idle-Empire. Essentially they just pass your information off to anyone and everyone. If you contact "support" and ask for help, it takes days and days for them to respond. When they do respond, often they hint that the error is somehow your fault, or even fraud. As a real person who was willing to offer thoughtful and honest feedback in the surveys, I thought it was only fair to provide the same level of insight here. Finally, if and when you do earn enough to initiate a withdrawal, they are almost always held for "review" regardless of how much, how long, or what form of payment you redeem. Also, something really odd occurring with the crypto payments options. Amounts are constantly off. If you are looking to be paid in Cryptocurrency and want a fair rate, look elsewhere. There are faucets with much better terms than this site. I would not sign-up with Idle-Empire if you are looking for a reputable survey and offer site. There are others that have fewer problems and concerns. Best of luck all! ***** UPDATE ****** After filing this review, Idle-Empire "flagged" me. Please help us verify your review by sending us documentation showing your buying or service experience with idle-empire.com.' I had to "prove" to trustpilot that I was real even to keep this review up. I am real, my experience was real, and Idle-Empire further challenging my authenticity, is evidence that you should avoid them at all costs. Sure they "responded" to my review and offered "immediate transfers," but, there isn't any link or way to respond. Immediate transfers are the bare minimum expectation. It's clear they are playing with the crypto payments and only sending when the market is high so they can transfer as little as possible. If I could have communicated with support (severely lacking, they don't actually care), I would have attempted to resolve my concerns with them directly, but "support" at Idle-Empire is nearly non-existent. My profile and contact at Idle-Empire are the same as here. If they truly wanted to address my concerns they could have sent me an email at anytime. I say again, after being challenged to "prove" I'm real, in order to even provide honest feedback to the community on TrustPilot, I would urge caution when reading the positive reviews here.
