I've been using OutSec as back-up typists for my inventory reports since 2012. They aren't the cheapest service available, but I'm happy enough that I haven't felt the need to shop around. Uploading files to their server is easy. My account is assigned to an actual person, who is super helpful and responsive. And a distinct advantage for my business being in the UK is that files are being typed up while I sleep, so the turnaround time is excellent. Would confidently recommend.
