Bilal was very helpful on 'take a payment' to enter the Holding Deposit and Final Monies (first months' rent and security deposit). He took control of my computer and did it for me. However, he did it so quickly i didn't learn how to do it myself. I still had to go through trial and error to work it out although i had a bit more of an idea through watching him.
