They were quite efficient when arranging a tutorial but had to reschedule and in the end almost five emails were sent with alternative times. My fault could not be rectified during the tutorial and am no waiting for a full day to be able to sync my diary due to an internal problem.

I like most the links with Tenant Shop and Inventory Base, just these 2 items make my work life so easy. In general the software is easy to navigate, however, I do find some aspects the font is very small.

We have used Gnomen for around 10 years now. Their systems are great and extremely user friendly. We manage over 500 houses and rent over a thousand on a yearly basis. Without the systems in place, we would be at a complete loss. Gnomen also provide and offer great technical support. Overall, fantastic and highly recommended!
