I can only reiterate, in unison with the other feedback here, how exceedingly pleased and pleasantly surprised I have been, by the quality of product and good old fashioned customer service with a very special touch from this jewellers. My chain for something I wear around my neck broke and so I went online to find a replacement. I found this company, but couldn't find any external customer reviews of their service. Anyhoo, I took the risk and I'm really pleased I did. I ordered a new chain on the Sunday, and on Monday morning received a lovely email with a nice 'personal touch' to inform me that my item was being posted. My new chain arrived on the Tuesday which needless to say I'm really happy with, but it's the service that blew me away - outstanding!! If you're looking for jewellery on the net, and you wish to deal with 'real people' and not some huge, faceless organisation then please, give these guys a try because they're awesome.
