We are a start up and needed a premium office to launch our new company from. I have over 10 years experience in renting a serviced office and so was acutely aware of potential pitfalls. I contacted a number of providers directly and a number of "brokers" for serviced offices. Shane from Click Offices was by far the most professional and ultimately ended up securing an office for us that was beyond our expectations. Shane immediately responded to my initial query and within 48 hours had arranged meetings with a particular provider. From our conversations Shane was able to discount many of his providers which meant he only showed us properties that were a close or exact match. We saw 8 properties. I would probably have taken 6 of those but the one we decided on was absolutely perfect. I had expected an estate agent type of person (with respect) who would be very sales focussed but I got a person who listened to us carefully and showed us options that met our budget. Shane was very knowledgeable about the areas and seemed to enjoy a fantastic relationship with his property owners.
