Ben and his team arranged our dream trip to South Africa. From the planning stage, Ben advised us on what activities to prioritise, which safari we should visit and length of time we should stay in each place. He then works with you to finalise the itinerary and arranged everything with you. Prior to going away Ben arranged a meeting to go through the itinerary which we found helpful. Whilst on holiday, Ben is constantly checking in and around should any problem arise. He was quick to deal and remedy a situation that came up that was outside of his control. He provided ample kosher food, as well as some added extras which were appreciated. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend the Bespoke Kosher travel team to arrange your holiday.

I just returned from a trip of a lifetime to Kenya & Tanzania. Bespoke Kosher Travel were with us every step of the way. The guides George & personal chef Thomas, who met us at Nairobi, were punctual, courteous & ensured we were safe & enjoyed delicious kosher meals throughout our stay. Tawi Lodge, Amboseli was a total paradise. We ate our meals gazing at Mt Kilimanjaro, beside water hogs, giraffes & monkeys eating theirs. The game drives were exquisite & our guide George didn’t miss a thing, to give us the perfect experience. An elephant orphanage & giraffe centre were first on the list. We ended our day, camel riding in Amboseli, to drinks at sunset in the National Park, & visited a Maasai Village - all extraordinary experiences, which have filled my heart with joy. And then on to Tanzania, where we were met by Amos, who ensured we completed official customs with ease. We stayed at the exquisite Lake Duluti Lodge, with extraordinary gardens, beside a large tranquil lake, where we kayaked whilst watching the locals fishing & witnessing birds I never even knew existed. At the local market in Arusha the sights & smells were another experience not to be missed. The last trip was to Shanga, a social enterprise employing Tanzanians with disabilities. The items sold in the shop are created on the premises. The only reason I left was because we had a plane to catch. Now that I’m back in London, I wear small mementos to remind me of a dream that came true for my 60th birthday. This couldn’t have happened without the expertise, attention to detail & kindness for our wellbeing of Ben Robbins & his team at Bespoke Kosher Travel.

I truly have no words! The trip to Africa was the best vacation of my life. Debbie made this unbelievable experience happen, by providing kosher food in the bush, suggesting amazing activities and always having everything perfectly organized. Ben Robbins and Debbie Jacobs provided an excellent, seamless service from start to finish on our recent trip to Crete. This was our first holiday for 7 years without kids and we wanted to indulge in a truly relaxing break, without needing to think about kosher food arrangements, transfers, or compromising on quality in any way. BKT booked the entire trip for us, handled the transfers, organised the food and allowing us to choose the menu for each day, liaised with the hotel to brief them on the food, etc etc. This all made the holiday relaxing and luxuriating. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben and his team to all who are looking for a similar experience. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

I engaged Ben for a tour of England and Scotland. He did an outstanding job of offering advice, arranging all logistics, including all the tours, hotels, providing meals in locations without kosher restaurants, advising us on where to go when there were kosher restaurant. His customer service was nothing short of superlative. He was quickly available when we had questions. He was always helpful. And if we didn't call him, he called us to make sure everything was OK. Would absolutely use him for further travel.

We used the Bespoke Kosher Travel to organize a delegation of senior officials to London. Ben took care of all the details in an amazing way, of course the basics like delicious kosher food, transportation and hotels. But there is no doubt that the uniqueness of Ben is the availability while on the go, assistance in the field and solving problems. Everything is always done with a smile and maximum professionalism. The seniors felt they received the highest level of service and we as customers received full response to our needs.

We have used this company for kosher travel worldwide over the last 12 years. We wanted to take two short breaks in cottages in the middle of the English countryside, surrounded by fields with sheep and cows. We couldn't find anything suitable. Within a day of calling Ben he found us two pretty quiet cottages in stunning countryside. Ben had been in touch with both owners and both provided thoughtful luxuries for our stays. Before we left Ben made sure we had a comprehensive travel pack with all instructions on how to travel to our cottages and checked in with us on our arrival. My husband and I wanted a family holiday in the UK this summer as we were reluctant to fly and felt the best option was self-catering. I turned to Ben as he had found us an amazing villa in Spain last summer and had really put himself out to ensure we had an enjoyable holiday in 2019. He came up trumps this summer again - he worked tirelessly to find us a suitable property, which was not easy as we were two adults and six children and had certain specific requirements. He couldn't have been more accommodating, liaising continually between us and the various owners of the properties we considered. He was so helpful that in the end, when we decided to take a second week away in the UK, we turned to him again to find us a suitable property. And again, at short notice, he found us a place which suited our needs in a lovely part of the country. We were quite fussy but Ben persevered! Again he has helped us to have a great summer! (He also offered to help organise Kosher food but I could manage that myself in the UK - abroad is somewhat more tricky.) He also followed up on our arrival in each place to check that everything was in order, and then on our return to ensure things had run smoothly. I have really enjoyed working with Ben and would recommend him most highly. In fact, I'm not sure we would have had a summer holiday without his help!

We’ve just returned from the most amazing week of our lives in South Africa. Two-day Safari, transfers to and from airports, kosher food on Safari, and a full day tour of Cape Town left us breathless.
