I enjoyed training with Rose and would not hesitate to recommend her. She listened to my needs (I had an injury at the start of our sessions) and goals, set an appropriate plan and always kept it varied. For someone who gets bored of training so easily I am always interested in my sessions with Rose.

Rose is an amazing trainer, I was at the initial level and didn't know how to use equipments and what would work best.. she has trained me regarding all of this and I'm much more confident than before. She makes the sessions interactive and also listens to any concerns I have.. I have had a shoulder and back issue and she has been cautious in terms of giving me alternative exercises keeping in my mind the issues I have. Overall I've had a great experience training with her

I met Rose in Jan this year. Before, I would like to be healthier cuz I just got Covid last December and I found there are lots of symptoms after that, such as keep coughing. I found her info from Ins and had our first course in Jan. She is really nice and helpful. I haven’t had PT before and seldom doing exercise. But she gave me some guidance and the food advise to help me reduce my weight better. As I’m Chinese and I have my food preference. She doesn’t push me to follow her specific menu. She told me how much portion for meat and rice. Also, she is really patient to me as I always need more rest at the beginning of the training. So far , I have already had almost 20lessons and will keep doing this. After her coach, I feel better for my body and cough and I find my weight can be controlled. If anyone wants to be healthy and good body shape, Try Rose’s class. You will love her!

I started working with Rose around 7 months ago. Even after 3 months I started to notice a difference. I love how she varies the workout and knows how to challenge in just the right way. Working with Rose has made me more consistent in the gym! Would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend training with Rose. After training with her for over a year I’m feeling fitter and stronger every month. Prior to training with Rose I was not entirely comfortable with going to the gym however with Rose’s patient and knowledgeable guidance I have gained so much confidence.

Rose has changed the way I see fitness. Before Rose, I was struggling to keep a consistent gym routine where I always gave up in the end. Since I started working out with her, the gym has become a different experience. Our PT sessions are the best part of my week, and I always look forward to them. She has helped me improve my body strength, lose fat, and feel confident in the gym, something I've always struggled with. If you are looking to change your physical and mental health, look no further - she's by far the best.

I started seeing Rose about 7 months ago and I wish I’d met her sooner! I would not consider myself naturally “a gym person” and I’m very much a beginner but she has helped to show me how to use different equipment and how to do exercises properly, which has massively increased my confidence in the gym. I love how varied the workouts are and Rose also adapts each session if I am struggling more that day with energy etc. I feel so much stronger and healthier and very grateful to see Rose once a week! I’d definitely recommend.

I have started working out with Rose a year ago - never done weights or proper training, and mentally broken at the time. It is now a year I keep repeating Rose how she changed my life - as I grew stronger inside out, able to do thing I couldn’t do earlier and enjoying each and every session. Cause she sees you - she understand if it is a day to push or a day to flex, and the progresses done in this year have shows. Started with pre-diabetes, I am now at a very healthy below the threshold value, stronger than I have ever been. Absolutely recommended at any fitness level you are, she knows her stuff so well that will surely take you wherever you want to get to!

I contacted Rose to help with recovery after a big health accident, which lead to immune system issues. Rose started working with me, slowly bringing physical activity in my life like dancing, home workouts. She also helped me to create healthy habbits like not eating too much carbs in evenings, focusing on my cravings and much more. Now I feel like never before and I feel that my immune system is responding really well! I can not explain how much I would recommend Rose as a coach as she literally saved me from completely losing myself not only physically, but also mentally.
