Martin, Sarah and Daniel at Mill Lock Construction have been fantastic. It was incredibly stressful when we found that a burst pipe had caused our kitchen ceiling to collapse and wrecked our kitchen and damaged the conservatory. As soon as Mill Lock were appointed by the insurance adjustor Martin called us to talk through what was to be done and guided us through any decisions we needed to make. From that point on they removed all the stress and their work has been first class. Totally professional, I'd highly recommended them.

Dads house was flooded in October 2023, Mill Lock Construction were appointed by the insurers to complete the restoration work. It was a complete renovation in the downstairs of the house and outside work too. We are extremely pleased with the end result, your attention to detail, communication and advise throughout the whole process. Mill Lock have recently just finished an insurance claim on a rental property which had suffered heavy fire damage.
