I've used Cymarc for various parts for my BMW GS's for a few years and the products have always been of a very well engineered and manufactured and of a very high quality with high specification fittings and fastenings. The staff are usually very responsive to communications although occasionally messages get lost when they are busy. At the beginning of the Covid-19 crisis I also had some of Cymarc's newly developed face shields for my daughters who are both front line health professionals and again they were of excellent quality.

Recently bought a TFT brace to secure the TFT screen on my motorcycle. On fitting the brace, I identified that the brace was incompatible with the screen brackets already fitted to my motorcycle. When I spoke to Cymarc and explained the issue; they identified the problem, and re-engineered the bracket. They then supplied the updated bracket to replace my original bracket. Customer service beyond reproach!

Fitted TFT screen protector. Very good product. Took 15 minutes to fit (don't undo the fixing screws all the way - just enough to slide the guard in). Fitted perfectly even with windscreen strengthener fitted as well. Another great product from Cymark

So nice to be able to buy a quality item that is uk made. Good attention to detail during manufacture with quality materials used throughout. To top it off Cymarc are very nice people to deal with too. Top marks for service, product knowledge and value
