Been using for a few months and now I’m used to the Service would definitely recommend it. They have great customer service for both set up and follow ups and I’m getting approx. 2% better rate than that of my current bank’s retail FX. In my experience a 30min end to end transaction time has been achieved - IF - I make the transaction during both countries normal banking hours. Total transaction time can take days if a transaction is commenced outside normal banking hours. In my experience this is the bank rather than currency transfer holding the money. In my opinion more could be done by currency transfer advising about the risk of this delay at point of transaction (even if it’s nothing to do with the actions of currency exchange). I also now only ever seem to get one quote rather than the multiple options when I first set this up.

The business moddle is fair and streamlined. You have open and direct communication on email and WhatsApp. They are quick with support. I have been with them almost a year now to date and never had I any problems with money transfer due to them. I have been advised to use them by a friend that is with them a few years now.
