A week or two later, Deirdre from Fabucci contacted me to say the boots had turned up and were returned to her, and she very kindly offered them to me again, before she put them back in stock on the website. Needlesstosay, I was delighted and purchased them (again), and were received by me here in Dublin the next working day. Superb first-class customer service from Fabucci!
