United Kingdom | 13 April 2021I joined Jo’s Tame Your Sugar Monster in March 2021 because I was over 12 months post-partum and I have not got out of the eating habit and wasn’t happy with how my body looking or how I felt. Before joining the programme I was worried that the Hypnosis Element of it wouldn’t work, I have tried Hypnosis before but it wasn’t effective. However, what surprised me the most is how well the Hypnosis worked! Even after just listening to one of the sessions I was re-thinking my food intake, making better choices and avoiding the really sugary foods! It was magical! I love how all of the content was in an app, which meant that I didn’t have to log onto the computer or into Social Media to find it everyday. It is too easy to get distracted when you have to log into Social Media. Also, Jo provided some amazing recipes that I have really enjoyed cooking and eating! They were easy to make and so full of flavour. I would definitely recommend Jo’s Tame Your Sugar Monster if you feel like the constant snacking on foods that are bad for you is getting you down, and you truly want to do something about it.

I’ve learnt so many new things about food that was shocking! It’s helped me to make better choices not only for me but for my family too! During tame your sugar monster I have felt so much better, my clothes fit me better, my stomach has reduced and I’ve lost weight! The most surprising change for me is sleeping better at night, I actually sleep through the whole night, before I would wake throughout the night. Thank you Jo and I’d highly recommend anyone thinking about joining tame your sugar monster to go for it! ❤️

United Kingdom | 09 April 2021Team “Tame Your Sugar Monster” Review At 31 even as a regular runner and cyclist I have always had issues keeping the extra pounds off, and know I reach far too much for the chocolate and sweets jar! I begun working with Jo and team Tame Your Sugar Monster (TYSM) in March 2021. Following a video one on one with Jo I was welcomed to the Facebook group and provided with a wealth of information. Jo provided a weekly group zoom call and also one on one zoom calls. Jo was always available through Facebook to answer any questions I had and provide valuable support when the going got tough! Before the course I knew very little about intermittent fasting, but since learning about it and experiencing it I know it will become a big part of my life going forward. I begun the course at around 210 pounds and over just 30 days got my weight down to 196 pounds!! By the end of the thirty days my general health felt hugely improved, I did not feel particularly hungry outside of mealtimes and had basically no cravings for sugar! I loved Jo’s hands-on approach and also the support of the other TYSM members in the Facebook group – being able to see other people’s recipes and knowing that it wasn’t just me who was struggling in the early going, was a real boost! I would strongly recommend Jo and her TYSM programme to my friends and colleagues! Fred Green

All I can say it was fantastic and has worked. I now eat sensibly and feel so much better and in control of my cravings. I thoroughly recommend Jo's "Tame Your Sugar Monster" course.

United Kingdom | 17 November 2020Doing the sugar detox course with Joanne has given me so much: 1. I’ve learnt how to cook more dishes, really tasty dishes, that no longer contain sugar. 2. I’ve learnt that I actually don’t need sugar in my life. 3. I’ve realised how much healthier I feel without sugar. 4. Doing the course has helped me reduce the belly fat that I was holding onto, after having my son. 5. My whole family eat healthier now. 6. I’ve actually realised I don’t need to eat as much as I was, my cravings have reduced. There are many reasons why I would recommend this course. It has given me so much in just a very short time. Things that I will keep using and living by forever. I also loved being part of a very supportive community. In terms of weight loss, I have lost a stone in body fat, but more importantly, I feel better than I have in a long time. I loved the extra bits to the course that have now got my body Activated and working more efficiently 🤩

United Kingdom | 17 November 2020Before the 21 Day Sugar Challenge I was feeling Sluggish and bloated all the time. My biggest downfall was biscuits, puddings, and all things sweet and processed foods anything that was quick. Making my diet unbalanced and extremely unhealthy. Jo introduced me to The 21 Day Sugar Challenge and I found it refreshingly different to anything else I had tried. I enjoyed the Hypnotherapy every morning setting the intention for the day ahead. I have eaten food I have never eaten before and been pleasantly surprised. I am really pleased with my results I have lost weight but even more impressive to me inches as well. My cravings have reduced.I love that I have a new found appreciation towards food. My health will also benefit from me making healthier choices. I would highly recommend Jo as she is professional and extremely knowledgeable in her field. Very approachable and supportive Jo is also very passionate about helping others reach their optimum health.

I feel so much better.....im craving water to drink, after my main meal I love a piece of fruit rather than anything else.....im more than happy to walk away from chocolate and biscuits! She also provided us with all the support and resources we needed to help us understand the negative impact of sugar addiction and its detrimental effect on our immune system and general well being. By the end, we has tamed our Sugar Monsters!
