Order and delivery were quick and efficient

Fast delivery and item wrapped well but box was a bit bashed. This didn’t affect the product. Sizing was larger than expected but this isn’t a problem as I will use insoles and thicker socks.

Company was brilliant to deal with. But the chatham boots I bought have stained my cream trousers. And it hasn't washed out.

Took an extra day to arrive which was nearly critical as I needed it for a certain day and it said next day delivery.
