Great service and excellent communication by all staff. We had a great stay managed by them.

It's a big platform that underpays local agents a bit like Deliveroo and then it's down to luck as an owner whether you get someone reliable or not. Moreover most of them give up after a few months and then you have to wait for HOST to find someone in the area and start again to establish a climate of trust without having a choice about the person they appoint. As per finances ... everything is done to make it impossible to understand anything about payments and the payment of cleaning fees on arrival. Not only is it indigestible, no doubt deliberately so, but they also sometimes deduct last year's arrears without sending a notice of regulation. It's only when you ask why you haven't received last month's payment that you get a long, incomprehensible email with screenshots justifying an unannounced regularisation that's virtually unverifiable unless you've done one of the finest business schools perhaps. Good luck to you, we're stopping the pain!

Très bon accueil pour le logement de Caroline à chamonix, ponctualité, communication aisée, réactivité. Habituée des lieux, le service est de qualité et le reste. Je recommande.

We are very pleased with our stay in this apartment. The apartment is very clean, functional and well-equipped. The location is great. The apartment is located 80 m from the port, full of restaurants and cultural events. Since it is located in the second row of houses, no noise reaches it. The beach is also only 600 meters away. The apartment exceeded our expectations after reading the description. The apartment window faces southwest, so it may be too hot for some people, but we came from the northern country and it was perfect for us. We are delighted, thank you very much and we recommend this apartment to others.

Une étoile car je ne peux mettre mois ! Aucun RDV tenu... ni pour la remise des clés, ni pour les récupérés. On nous suggère une refacturation le jour de la remise des clés pour des verre à vin, une cafetière et un sceau de ménage alors qu'on ne nous en a jamais parlé avant ... Une casse dans l'appartement restée sans réponse et sans solution. Perte de clé, aucune solution apportée.

Our stay in Nice was amazing, the apartment was very nice, and the beach and the city was not too far away! Our host was really reliable and answered all our questions quickly and friendly. TThe apartment was well equipped. Would come again.

Logement très propre et décoration très agréable. Linge de lit et serviette de bain à disposition. Logement très bien situé au calme et tout à proximité : commerces, restaurants, plage. Très bonne adresse pour passer des vacances agréables au Touquet.

Très moyen, à l’arrivée on nous a demandé pour quel heure nous serons là, tout était ok pour 16h. 15:00 j’envoie un sms pour prévenir que nous serons bien à l’heure. À 16h devant le logement aucune réponse, j’ai dû telephoner plusieurs fois insistèrent pour apprendre que le logement était pas prêt, qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé alors que la sortie est à 10h. Nous avons attendus dans la voiture 1h avec un enfant et toutes nos courses congelées… peut être un message à 15h pour prévenir du retard aurait été le bien venue. Franchement c’était vraiment pas pro. Pour la sortie de l’appartement c’était un autre jeune homme bien plus professionnel. Merci à lui
