I swear by this product! TestRX has done wonders for my testosterone levels! For years I had low T levels. But I recently had blood work done and as of 07/20/2021 my testosterone level was 573.00! My doctor told me that for a man my age( 71 ) that's pretty good! I have the energy and sex drive of a man much younger! Thank you TestRX!

I like the products from NHS. But the delivery is late and Fedex is still not able to set a delivery date. My experiences with Fedex were very bad over the past two or three years: Ignoring delivery instructions, not ringing doorbell when delivering packages of $800 value and some bad latencies. I am re-considering orders just because they have Fedex as their only carrier option. @NHS please offer at least one different delivery service.

Shipping methods are terrible. I paid extra for fast delivery but still have not received my products. Not very happy, gonna look for alternate products from another company that can service their customers in a timely manner.

I would have given you five stars, except that it is not apparent, nor in anyway easy or intuitive, to redeem the many multiple cards for $25 off my purchase of over $100 or more. Note: There should be some easy instructions and a mechanism set in place when you’re getting ready to pay for the order to utilize and redeem those cards. I’m currently in the busiest time of the year business wise and do not have the time to call your customer service department. I am so busy it’s just not gonna happen. This issue has been disconcerting enough that I have considered going somewhere else for supplements.

Ordered the VigRx and ProExtender on 1/8/21. Tried out the VigRx for 60 days. I, nor my wife was satisfied with the product. We did not see or feel a difference. I invoked the company’s 67 day money bank guarantee. I received my RMA on 3/2/21 to return the product. I did have to pay out of pocket to return the product via UPS. Leading Edge does not pay for return postage. I was told to notify customer service within 7-10 business days to ensure that the return was received. I emailed customer service on 3/9 but I did not receive a reply until 3/12. On 3/18, I received an email stating that I would be receiving a refund of $59.95, minus what I had to pay for shipping. I was informed that the refund would take 3-5 business day; I did not receive a refund. On 3/26 I sent an email stating that I had yet to receive my refund; no reply. I sent a final follow-up on 4/1 to only receive a reply 5 days later; still no refund. I have initiated a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I had planned to re-invest my refund back into Leading Edge but they’re customer service and “100% money back guarantee” is a lie. I strongly recommend ordering from another site.
