Was just looking at what was out there, and I clicked on a link that I normally wouldn't do, within 5 minutes Cole called me, and he seemed nice enough, so I decided to let him talk so I could get some information on Medicare plans. He had all the right information and was easy to talk to. No pressure. I asked for a week, and we set up a time that worked for both of us. I checked out everything we talked about with different companies, and they didn't offer as many carriers as Cole was. The sign up was simple and I feel good about my choices.

He was also very patient with any questions that I had regarding the topic. He was very personable, as well as, very professional during our conversation.
