I ordered my beard Oil weeks ago! It is the 24th. I ordered it on the 9th. I still have not received it!!! Nobody is communicating with me! I had to order from a different company to get what I needed. I lost $25 dollars out of this. I was robbed! I will never order again!!!😡

John, in Customer Service, promptly wrote back and immediately approved the exchange. I shipped the unopened product back, and the supplements were shipped instead. This is a great company!

I ordered a spray and paid the extra 15 dollars for 2 days shipping and dint happen did get my product a week later and contact the guys there they did respond and refunded me my shipping cost other than that good customer service thank you
