No one wants to give me a 12 month quote. There is nothing to compare. I am looking for a home warranty for a real estate sale, and not a monthly rate. The buyer wants the seller to pay, and he will only pay at the closing.

A detail tables that listed all the different appliances, components coverage between plans from each company will be helpful. I found out that even though some of the company coverage fee can be cheaper, but if you look into the details of coverage, there are common things that are not cover and may end up being more expensive at the end
