Great kit, good price. We bought 2 windows, our lantern and aluminum french doors from Home Build Doors. Josh was super helpful and very reactive on email to modify sizes and requote us as our project evolved. Our Guardian lantern in particular is a spectacular piece! Really happy.

Quality of doors and window is good, however our builder accidentally broke the handle to the door, and we waited 5 months for a replacement from Home Build Doors which was disappointing.

Really great service, and beautiful doors. Josh was always on hand to answer my questions, and they dealt really promptly with replacing a slightly damaged handle. No hesitation in giving a five star review and would definitely use them again.

During our renovation we knew doors/glazing were going to be the biggest cost, we were pleasantly surprised at the prices for the heritage aluminium range and Josh was incredibly helpful in telling us about the range and catering to bespoke sizes for French doors. They arrived extremely well packaged with brilliant delivery drivers who helped bring them in. We’ve since further bought another door and another window in the same style from Home Build Doors and wouldn’t look to anyone else! Josh is prompt with his replies and quotes and goes above and beyond as does the product!

Just to advise they are not honouring their 'free delivery to mainland uk' claim. I live near Edinburgh and as they were taking credit card details over the phone, they added a £200 + vat delivery charge, citing "computer says". Wish I'd clarified the delivery charge before getting to that stage, and not relied on the website claim. I did feel somewhat pressurised into going ahead, but it was of course my choice. . The doors were still a very good price though, and Josh was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of all the options, sending several versions of the quote over the course of several weeks. I should add that the doors were still below the website price. When challenged, they did say that the website was wrong and that they have previously charged for delivery. When my invoice arrived, it did not have a separate charge for delivery, just a higher price for the lovely french windows with side panels. I see the website delivery terms still offer “free delivery across the UK”. Will update this review when delivered.

Received my upvc window within the expected time frame, fantastic customer service from Josh. He was very thorough when sorting me a quote and kept me up to date with the progress of my order. I have a few more windows I need to order in the next few months, I will definitely be using home build doors again for these.

We are a building company based in Hertfordshire and only started using the company in the last 6 months as let down by one of our previous suppliers. Been dealing with Josh who always responds promptly. Have to say the service and price have both been great, good communication throughout and deliveries always on time. Look forward to working with them on more projects during the coming year.

Bought a set of heritage french doors through home build doors. Josh is always very responsive in his communication, which is superb. Our doors arrived two weeks after the estimated delivery but with bespoke products being manufactured you have to factor this into your build, no real issues. The doors are in now and they look absolutely fantastic! I am impressed with the quality and finish, only time will tell on durability but we are pleased with Home Build Doors, thank you.

I purchased the Origin Bifold door from Home Build Doors, and though it was a bit pricey, I was pleasantly surprised by their incredibly fast delivery. Within 48 hours, the door arrived at my doorstep. Definitely impressed me. Would recommend for anyone after a reliable supplier.
