We went in to Global Travel to enquire about a package break to New York. Sarah was very helpful and well informed about New York which was obvious in the advice she offered. Within a couple of days she provided flight details and a range of hotels to consider and select from. We finalised our choices with a visit back to the office and are very pleased with the steps she took to enhance our package.

Very helpful and friendly staff who were able to answer all my queries and assist me in every way. My cruise booking was completed speedily and efficiently. The office had a welcoming atmosphere and was clean, tidy and without clutter. My first contact was with Isobel who was very efficient and knowledgeable.

We booked quite a large holiday with Global and were really impressed with the service. We were given all the time we needed and nothing was too much trouble. Throughout the booking we were given the choices we needed always bearing in mind cost and quality. The staff had great knowledge and experience which helped so much with the booking. Great after sales service too if you need anything else. And of course they are very dog friendly, so our Boxer enjoyed the experience too!

Amazing service, really helpful with picking destination and oh my, best holiday we have ever been on (intrigued to how the next is going to better this, but I’m sure they will sort it) While away my partner didn’t feel well on one of the days and we couldn’t go on an excursion, we got calls to check from these guys to make sure we were all ok. The little things but you know your not just a number.
