The shipping partner fedex isn’t good. We still didn’t get our package. Also we received like 15-20 emails about our order shipment and confirmation. Way too many. Still don’t have my wine.

I can’t really leave a proper review since my order has still not arrived! Coming on 3 weeks now I might review the product if it actually arrives.

Beställde grappa och fick helt fel grappa. Deras bemötande var mycket dåligt då de började ifrågasätta varför jag ville att de skulle skicka den flaskan som jag hade beställt. De tyckte att det räckte med att de erkände deras fel och att flaskan dom skickat faktiskt var dyrare och bättre och att DERAS misstag hade kostat dom 10€ mer. Fick alltså inte vad jag beställde och deras bemötande var så oproffsigt.
