I've been using QuoteWerks for almost 10 years. It is a solid great standard quoting product that is also very scalable when you have different sales groups / structures using a shared employee or product pool. Although it does not have every possible bell and whistle, it does have plenty of standard third party integrations, as well as a few 'custom script' third parties that can help add some custom functionality unique to the business, or even the individual. Unlike some other quoting tools, you do not need an army of IT staff to maintain, update, or customize it. Although it is probably best for smaller organizations (less than 50 quoters/approvers), we use it for over 100 users spread across 6 different sales/management teams.

Excellent product and outstanding customer service. Stable product.

We have a good experience with QuoteWerks however with some drawbacks due to the fact we use ACT! crm which has limited development from QuoteWerks side and also the ACT! has been developed with contact orientation only. Our main concern is regarding the data link limitation as we are not able to link fields from QuoteWerks in direction to ACT!. This means that for the future our Company needs to migrate to another CRM software which will take time and money for us. We are too small to consider that in the moment.

Great configurable quoting solution. To take the product forward they need to spend more time on integrations especially with e-commerce platforms (eg: woo commerce, magento, etc) and inventory management solutions and project management solutions.

I was recommended this software from another company. Once you spend a little time you'll find it easy to use. We use the Standard Edition. Pros Cost effective, full of features, easy to upgrade new releases, integrates nicely with our CRM for quotes and and opportunities. Outstanding customer service in the USA Cons Designing your own print/pdf layout can be a bit challenging, watching the YouTube videos was helpful. Windows software that runs on pc but this does provide using the software without an internet connection.

Many great features in Quotewerks, but I think it suffers from a GUI develpped in the 80s, the feel a look is many times not intuitive, and some of the screens, field sizes and templates cannot be easily customizable by the end users, like many other programs allow. The program has improved the way we used to quote, and it does a very good job at that. You must enter the oppotunities in QW vs in your CRM and I wish it would allow for the first as well, in terms of the work flow. I have admin staff create the quotes for the sales rep, and it marks the opportunity as being owned by the admin person who entered the quote. That is also a problem as I have to go back and manually enter that. When we change who the sales rep is on the quote, it does not update the owner of the oppotunity on the CRM / Quote as the sales rep but keeps the person who created the opportunity as the owner, The should provide that flexibility, and is not there. Also when using quote valet, there is an option to pay right away with ACH and credit card, Nice that finally ACH is allowed, but not so nice that I cannot ente my own wording as to how I want to present the "cash discount" or additional fee to the customer when using credit cards. I continue to use it and we like it, but we had many wishes for what it should do or not do.

Quite simply the best CPQ on the market, whether used stand-alone or in integration with other systems.

Sone upgrades have been detrimental.

Buy it yourself if your company will allow you to use it...you will make more $ or get promotions! As a salesman and now manager, I've found that my career has benefitted greatly using Quotewerks and ACT! in combination. Most company software designs are for managerial reports and invoicing. Quotewerks is designed to make YOUR job easier and faster. If you only receive 20% of what you quote...you loose 80% of valuable info in most company software.

Fantastic product. We have used it to streamline our sales order process since 2005 and it immediately simplified but controlled everything. thoroughly recommend.

Cannot sync live, products and prices. Inventory sync with Quick Books cannot get to work. Tech support poor. Looking for other programs....

I wish a double-click would only select an item. Sometimes it opens a dialog box. Inconsistent with itself and the Windows GUI.

We have been single user license owners for almost twenty years, and I can state categorically that QuoteWerks knows their customers needs extremely well. The application is rock solid, and their support is A1.

We have been with QuoteWerks since 2006 and have had a great experience thus far. Customer Service has always been courteous and helpful. Technology Dept has been a lifesaver on a few occasions as well.

Programme good and versatile but the "Help" information is appallingly bad. One enters simple queries and it produces completely random and irrelevant answers.

QW works well, it's fast and does what it promises. However, the GUI looks outdated, could be revamped and improved.
