The customer service is amazing! As I was opening my package I took notice as too how large it felt and upon opening, I was surprised with one of the electric toothbrushes! (I ordered two whitening toothpastes) At first thought it was a mistake prior to reading the order receipt - there was a note apologising that my order had been missed. I’ve been doing ALL the chasing re my appointments. Slow response. Had booked dates and told they were good and then told that they weren’t. Booked appointments & then was informed technician could not do due to accident. I called to see if she was ok - told yes ok and that she’d call me to re book. Never called me - I had to follow up. Spent $350 on this treatment !!

I had the best experience getting my teeth whitened yesterday. In the past I’ve had trouble getting my teeth to whiten so I wasn’t sure if it would work on me but in the 1.5 hours I was there my teeth got incredibly white. I’m so happy, the service was incredible also! I’d definitely recommend!
