I moved to Kempston in the Sumner of 2023 and I used to get sports massages fairly regularly. After doing a bit of research online I found Kinetic and my experience was really good with Maddie, the therapist I booked with. We chatted all the way through treatment and I definitely felt better afterwards.

It was my first time getting a Sports Massage and Chloe the person who I booked in with was really welcoming and understanding of me. As I attend the gym regularly she understood what muscles groups to work on and she was overall really nice and chatty
